Happy New Year! When I say Happy I mean it.
Get ready for a special year, a year of change, a year of healing.
We have all experienced by now the constant process of setting resolutions and failing as early as mid-January.
I believe there is a recipe for everything in life and we are missing vital ingredients in the New Year Resolution recipe, so inevitably, every year the recipe fails!
I know for a fact the way we think determines the way we feel and the way we feel has a ripple effect in our mind and our body.
I want this new year to be the year where you achieve optimal health through a new “mind frame.” When I say health I am not referring to the absence of sickness, I am referring to a mind and body optimal state of balance where premature aging and chronic decease cannot exist.
It all starts by changing your mind. It does not cost money, require traveling or any other big effort. It is absolutely within reach to every one. Isn’t that great news? You already have what it takes. It has always been there.
At OHealth we have been working for you by creating tools to make every aspect of this “change of mind” very simple.
We will be there every step of the way helping you think better thoughts, feel better feelings that in turn will help you truly heal.

We want to start by giving you some ingredients to start feeling great starting now. After all I just told you all you needed was to change your mind.
Since we are changing our minds, the first step is to change the way we think about resolutions.
We will be feeling our one and only resolution for 2018. Yes you heard it right, we will be “feeling” our resolution and it is just one!
Follow the actions steps below to find and feel your 2018 resolution.
- Feel for your future happiness. Get still, clear out the noise of other people’s voices in your mind, and let yourself know what your heart is doing. Find the things it yearns for. They might seem impossible, or silly, or ignoble, or presumptuous, or selfish, or wicked. I DON’T CARE. YOUR HEART’S YEARNING IS YOUR DESTINY!
- Once you’ve identified what you yearn for, resolve to receive it. THIS IS THE ONLY RESOLUTION YOU NEED FOR 2018.
- Every day, for at least 5 minutes, sit quietly and pretend that you already have whatever it is your heart is yearning for. Actually, I’d prefer it if you did this little visualization many many times every day. But 5 minutes is better than nothing.
- After picturing your desire fulfilled, completely let go of the image and return to the absolute present—this moment, not next week or next day or next instant, but THIS MOMENT.
- Whatever is happening in this moment, accept it completely. If you are grieving, grieve wholeheartedly, and accept the grieving. If you are enraged, be fully enraged, and okay with it. If you’re bored, accept the boredom. Say “Yes” to the mess, whatever the mess is in your life.
- Feel as much gratitude as you can for this moment (even if it seems awful), and for the fulfillment of your heart’s desires (even if it seems impossible).
